Our first motivation is the acquaintance with nature through food and consequently the knowledge about various edible species of mushrooms and other forest foods. The second and most important motivation is to share with you the delicious possibilities of these superfoods, so that they are included in our daily diet. Knowledge and experience give us the opportunity to learn secrets and important information about the microcosm of mushrooms.
